The Vermont Bar Foundation will hold a special meeting at the VBA’s Annual Meeting, Friday, October 14, 2016 at Lake Morey Resort in Fairlee, VT. This meeting will be held during the VBA’s Business Meeting.

The attached amendments to the bylaws of the Vermont Bar Foundation were promulgated by the Governance Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on August 26, 2016. The VBF Board brings these proposed changes to the membership for review and approval.
