Special VBF Membership Meeting (2014)
The Vermont Bar Foundation will hold a special meeting at the VBA’s Mid-Year Meeting, Friday, March 21, 2014 at the Hilton Burlington in Burlington, VT. This meeting will be held during the VBA’s Business Meeting.

The attached amendments to the bylaws of the Vermont Bar Foundation were promulgated by the Governance Committee and approved by the Board of Directors on February 20, 2014. The VBF Board brings these proposed changes to the membership for review and approval.
